LView Pro is a multi-featured image processor software suited to a wide variety of applications, ranging from simple image viewing to advanced image editing. LView Pro's first version was published in 1993, and its current version for Microsoft Windows® operating systems is LView Pro 2006.

Features:

LView Pro is a feature rich image processing software. Throughout its fifteen years of history LView has been updated numerous times and is highly competitive with other, much pricier, alternatives in the market today. LView Pro's numerous capabilities include: cataloging images, batch printouts, contact sheets, setting up a web image gallery, and even a photo screen saver with advanced image transitions.

LView Pro's Image Editor can merge individual image pieces into a single multi-layered image. This feature can be used to add text and logos to a photo, to change the background of a picture, or to insert people or items on top of a background. Layers can also be used to adjust photographic attributes (brightness, contrast, and many others) on selected parts of an image.

See your photos come to life with LView Pro's Photo Screen Saver. Pictures are shown in sequence using eye catching Transitions and Effects. The screen saver is installed automatically during LView Pro's setup, you just have to select it as your default screen saver.

LView Pro's Web Gallery Builder makes it easy and fast to prepare images and thumbnails for web pages. It automatically resizes images, moves them to separate folders, and even generates ready to publish HTML source files. The Web Gallery Builder is configurable and may include individual descriptions for each published image.

LView Pro's Image Browser has an interface similar to Windows Explorer's, customized to image file browsing. From the Image Browser LView Pro can launch other features, such as image slideshows, image contact-sheet making, batch printouts, and web gallery image selection. The Image Browser can also display images in Screen Saver mode.
